Hi folks! This is Matt Seward from our Colton RV dealership in Orchard Park and today I’m gonna be talking about the Grand Design Imagine 2600RB floor plan.
It’s a great floor plan very popular, great for couples and even if you have a couple of kids, we’ll show you some extra sleeping on the inside.
Outside of the Camper
So I’ll get started on the outside you have the all fiberglass body. They do a pinch roll lamination, excellent insulation, extremely durable. You could pound on this all day and it’ll stay very solid for you on your camping trips. Next feature will be up here. They do a drop frame construction so they’re very unique in the travel trailer industry. But you can just see how big of a storage space; you’re totes luggage everything that you get stuck in there. Easy to get in and out of, your full body can give you a good reach and you don’t have to use a fishing line that go grabbing stuff out of the middle of the storage bay there. So another great feature, magnets holds it up top so you don’t have to worry about those plastic clips breaking on you. Then the slam latch close nice and easy, one-hand touch all about making it convenient for you while you’re out camping. Outside here, for a little extra entertainment you got your TV hookups. You get a huge awning, you can see all the way across the length of this coach that opens out, give you good shade. It can protect you if it’s a light rain and even if it’s damp at nighttime and give you protected and the LED lights. Awesome feature for everyone, it’s $11 to give you a nice bright and safe camp site area. You can set up a TV out here under the stars have a movie night you and your family, and just really enjoy the outdoors while you’re out camping.
Inside of the Camper
Now let’s get our way inside the camper. You can see you got the solid entry steps, great for family and pets as well as the grab handle that makes it sturdy for you going in and out.
Bathroom
So you see right as you come in the camper you’ve got this huge bathroom. It’s very convenient when you come in you don’t have to go through the whole camper to get inside here. Just look how big of a space counter top so you can put out soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste; whatever you need. There’s a porcelain toilet everyone’s favorite thing; you’re not gonna sit down and feel like it’s about to break out from underneath you. Then the shower, very comfortable, convenient moving around without bumping your elbows. Then convenient storage racks here as well for towels and extra supplies here in the bathroom.
Living Area
Next, you can see there big slide-out they have this on the non camping site which again offers you that huge campsite space on the outside. The theater seats, again, one of my favorite features you sit down, you’ve got heat and massage on there after a long day out hiking outdoors come in relax with a TV straight across from you. This will even flex around so if you’re preparing dinner or sitting over at the dinette you’ve got that entertainment convenience. Below is an amazing storage space, you can see all the space you have inside these. These types of features you don’t often see in a camper of this size but they really maximize a space.
Kitchen
To continue on there’s a nice spacious fridge. It’s got the freezer and fridge part and underneath again some unique features. They’re well known design; the dog dish for your convenience set up right there. If you’re not bringing any pets it’s also a great storage space. This tray comes out and gives you extra storage as well as up on tier; if you need a place for utensils, other gadgets, the tongs for the grill, those types of things, a great place to put those in for storage. Next going into the kitchen area is this unique spot right here. A lot of people ask what these pegs are for and when you bring in the pots and pans with the handles, what you can do is rather than having those sliding around and damaging the inside, you can set up your own little spot in a way where you can put a pan in there and holds it in place. It’s nice and secure, not banging it up while you’re towing it down the road again another phenomenal unique feature that Grand Designs comes up with just to make the camping experience better for their customers. A beautiful fury setup stove flat top; all this prep counter space. Then here, at the sink, you have a nice big single bay easy to do the dishes and have the cover here you can put the clean dishes on top let them dry out versus having to put a towel and take up space for the drying there. So you get another great feature the Grand Design does. The counter top extensions is phenomenal; easy to put up, easy to put down and extend this when you need it otherwise wide open floor space for you.
Master Bedroom
Now into the master bedroom you got a full queen bed, 60 by 80 mattress. Again, all the storage space wardrobe drawers, cabinet space over the top on both sides so his and her side. Everyone can have their own space. They do under bed storage that’s another great feature. Look how much space you have down there, separate from the outside so you can put your towels, blankets, extra pillows, extra gear like that underneath there and you don’t have to worry about it getting wet from any of the gear in the pass-through storage on the outside.
