Furrion stove giving you troubles? Sometimes lighting your Furrion cook top and oven can sometimes be a bit of a struggle. Number One Tip: Be patient… your Furrion stove & oven will light! Once you get the hang of it, it’s easy as pie! In this video, John demonstrates in a step-by-step process just how to light your Furrion cook top and oven so you can get cooking and make your next meal with your Furrion stove a breeze.
FOR YOUR STOVE TOP:
Press in on the knob and rotate over to the flame setting. Continue to press and hold the knob while pushing the start button. You will hear a clicking sound and the flame should light. Once lit, rotate knob to desired range. Repeat process for each burner.
FOR YOUR OVEN:
Press in on the knob and rotate over to the flame setting. Continue to press and hold the knob while pushing the start button. You will hear some clicking in the back of the oven and once the pilot is lit you will see a small blue flame. Let it burn for about 30 seconds and then rotate it to broil to make sure you have flame on the whole ring. If that looks good, rotate the knob to the desired oven temperature.
KEEP IN MIND:
When you initially light your appliances on the first day of your trip it will take longer to light as the propane makes it way to the oven. Also, every time you change your LP tank you will have to press and hold a lot longer. It can take 30-60 seconds for the pilot to ignite. It’s important after it ignites that the pilot gets hot enough to hold itself.
