Make sure that the speaker is a Bluetooth. It’ll be labeled with a logo or some other indicator.
Connecting devices to the speaker is called pairing and there are two steps: The first step is to hit the pair button on the speaker and then you have to make sure the Bluetooth is on on your phone or tablet.
Every Bluetooth device has a name. In this case it is SBS 32Z4.
The speaker should connect in a couple of seconds and then from there you just
open up your music-playing app and hit play.
The volume is controlled by both the speaker and the device as you can see here. And any noise your phone would make would come to the speaker just like that notification I just received.
