F&I MANAGER

Colton RV and industry leading Recreational Vehicle dealership has an immediate opening for an experienced Finance and Insurance Manager. The Finance and Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to new and used recreational vehicle customers while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
Colton RV is one of the Buffalo area’s largest volume RV dealerships, with a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot facility, including 20 service bays and a 42,000 square foot indoor showroom at it’s company’s headquarters location on Niagara Falls Boulevard in North Tonawanda, New York. Colton RV also has a 50,000 square foot showroom inside at the Walden Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga. Our main showroom at our North Tonawanda location has a 3,000 square foot parts and accessories department that is staffed with trained RV parts personnel who are always ready to help.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist sales desk in structuring deals
• Select appropriate lender, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, & finalize delivery
• Sell extended warranties and all other after market items
• Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factor otherwise
• Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals
• Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Consistently adhere to all F&I office process and flow of contracts
• Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I Pvr.
• Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding with constant communication with business office
• Track and monitor F&I Pvr., product penetration and lender penetrations
• Manage scheduling hours and staffing
• Participate weekly in sales meetings in regards to F&I training and issues
• Assist General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
• Working knowledge of all finance & insurance products
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to train finance and sales personnel
• Ability to operate personal computers including email and Microsoft word
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
