Colton RV an industry leading Recreational Vehicle dealership has immediate openings for RV Sales Associates!
Colton RV is Western NY’s largest volume RV dealerships, with a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot facility, including 20 service bays and indoor showroom at its company’s headquarters location on Niagara Falls Boulevard in North Tonawanda, New York.  Colton RV also has a 50,000 square foot showroom inside at the Walden Galleria Mall in Cheektowaga. Our main showroom at our North Tonawanda location has a 3,000 square foot parts and accessories department that is staffed with trained RV parts personnel who are always ready to help.

After completing our paid training, you’ll be equipped with the skills necessary to achieve sales goals while having the potential to earn bonuses.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate sales for new and used RVs and follow up on leads
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and feature walk around presentations
• Close sale effectively working closely with F&I
• Follow up with all customers sold and unsold
• Utilize prospect management forms as required
• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Be present for deliveries
• Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments
• Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management

Qualifications:
• Experience not necessary
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to operate personal computers including email and Microsoft word
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license.
