FROM THE BEGINNING THE NAME COLTON HAS BEEN SYNONYMOUS WITH EXCELLENCE:
As far back as 1961, the Colton name has been an ambassador for the western New York business community. William Colton established himself as the best at repair and replacement for convertible tops and seat covers. He was considered a master when it came to designing custom interiors for show cars. Many of his works won prizes at local custom car shows in and around Buffalo, Niagara Falls, The Tonawanda's and everywhere in between.

THE CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE GROWS:
In 1980 Chris Colton joined his father in running the business which moved the location to Niagara Falls Boulevard, A few years later Jim Colton joined in on the expedition. These young, aggressive, and innovated men started to build and sell custom conversion vans, as well as handicapped accessible vans. Although the custom conversions are no longer built, they still carry new IMS (Independent Mobility System) vans as well as a full line Braun lifts, hand controls and adaptive equipment. The Colton's had a flair for anticipating what was on the cutting edge in the market, so they took on a line of camper vans, which led to full sized motor homes, travel trailers and 5th wheels being traded in. The larger vehicles necessitated the need for additional parking and a vacant nearby property was purchased.

In January of 1994 Bill retired and passed the scepter on to Chris and Jim who continued on the endeavor of making the business grow. Chris took on the Presidential position and Jim, Vice President. The interest in used motor homes and RV's, and the lack of dealers in the immediate area started a quest to take on several major lines of motor homes, travel trailers, 5th wheels, campers vans, and tent campers. Colton is proud to carry such brand names as Holiday Rambler, Allegro (Tiffin), Fleetwood, Forest River, Gulfstream, and Roadtrek (Home & Park).

BUILD IT AND THEY WILL COME
As vacationers across the country heard about the outstanding variety of RV sales, RV service, and RV parts that are available at the facility, the Colton's knew it was time to expand once again. Our state of the art facility with an indoor show room and 20 service bays, is ample enough to accommodate diesel pushers, like the zephyr and navigator. Being a Family Motor Coach Association member, Colton's takes pride in supplying it's customers with the smallest of accessories like the Woodall's Camping Guild, to Cummins and Caterpillar diesels on the freightliner chassis.
